DETAILS PROGRAM OF BASIC ICE CLIMBING COURSE :
Day 1- Pickup from Rampur and Drive to Spiti | Distance: 270 kms | Duration: 7 – 8 hours | | Elevation: 4270M
Upon arrival at Rampur, our team will pick you up and drive you to Spiti, which is located approximately 270 kilometers away. The journey will take around 7 to 8 hours, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful scenery and landscapes along the way. As you ascend to higher altitudes, you will experience a change in climate and witness the stunning beauty of the Himalayas.

Day 2: Briefing and Introduction Day
On this day, we will have a comprehensive briefing and introduction session about the basic ice climbing course. Our experienced instructors will provide you with an overview of the course, its objectives, safety measures, and the equipment used. You will also be introduced to the techniques and skills required for ice climbing
Overnight in The Home Stay at Spiti

Day 3: Ice Climbing Session
This day will be dedicated to the first ice climbing session. Under the guidance of our expert instructors, you will learn the basics of ice climbing, including ice axe techniques, crampon usage, and body positioning. You will practice climbing on small ice walls and learn to traverse across different ice formations.

Day 4: Ice Climbing Session
Continuing from the previous day, you will have another ice climbing session where you will further enhance your skills and techniques. Our instructors will provide personalized guidance and support, allowing you to gain confidence and improve your climbing abilities.

Day 5: Ice Climbing Session
As you progress in your ice climbing journey, this day will focus on more challenging ice formations and techniques. You will learn advanced climbing maneuvers and strategies to overcome difficult sections. Our instructors will provide constant feedback and help you refine your skills.

Day 6: Ice Climbing Session
This session will continue building upon the skills and techniques learned in the previous days. You will have the opportunity to climb larger ice walls and experience the thrill of reaching higher altitudes. Our instructors will ensure your safety and guide you throughout the session.

Day 7: Ice Climbing Session
On the final ice climbing session, you will consolidate your learning and put your skills to the test. You will tackle more complex ice formations, overcoming obstacles with confidence and determination. This session will serve as a culmination of your ice climbing course.

After breakfast, we will drive you back to Rampur, covering the same distance as Day 1. You will have the opportunity to reflect on your ice climbing experience and enjoy the scenic journey back to Rampur. Upon arrival, our team will drop you off at your desired location, marking the end of the program

Payment & Cancellation Policy:
When you have firmly decided to undertake the Tour with Kahlur Adventures, you will need to book the trip with us. We must allocate enough time to prepare, obtain necessary documents and permits, and book hotels and Transport for the trip.
Book your seat with the advance payment of 10000/- INR
• If the cancellation is made 30 days before the tour starts, 25% of the full payment will be deducted and 75% will be refunded.
• If the cancellation is made 20 days before the tour start, 35% of the full payment will be deducted and 70% will be refunded
• If the cancellation is made 07 days before the tour start, 80% will be deducted and 20% will be refunded.
• No refund is made if the trip is cancelled after the departure for Expedition.
• No refund is made during the running tour.
• The cost of travel permit or any other documentation charges will not be refundable
