Kahlur Adventures Payment Methods

All the transition has been done only in Kahlur Adventures Current account. We are also legally authorized by the State Bank of India (SBI), in dealing with foreign currency and transactions with foreigners and members of domestic and overseas tourism travel agencies.

Online Payment Gateway: We do accept cards like American Express, Mastercard, and VISA Cards. Also notified that the banks charge 4% of the total amount per transaction which shall be borne by the client.

EMI Options: In the Kahlur Adventures payment gateway you can also pay the tour amount in EMI.

Via Bank Cheque: Customers can pay via cheque and confirm the tour. Deposit the cheque under the name in capital letters (KAHLUR ADVENTURES LLP)

Via Bank Transfer: The customer can also deposit the amount directly in our current account (Bank details given only in email with the system generated invoice).

Cancellation Policy

No one can predict the future. As we respect your decision to book your tour with us, meanwhile we also understand the unpredicted things for the cancellations Hence we “Kahlur Adventures makes an easy and comfortable cancellation policy. Please read the below points for better clarification.

In case tour cancelled by customer

• If the cancellation is made 30 days before the tour starts, 25% of the full payment will be deducted and 75% will be refunded.
• If the cancellation is made 20 days before the tour start, 35% of the full payment will be deducted and 65% will be refunded
• If the cancellation is made 07 days before the tour start, 80% will be deducted and 20% will be refunded.
• No refund is made if the trip is cancelled after the departure for Expedition.
• No refund is made during the running tour.
• The cost of a travel permit or any other documentation charges will not be refundable.

Note: Cancellation refund amount deposit to customer bank account in  7 – 10 working days

Note: Kahlur Adventures do all the ground operations in advance (As soon as we received the confirmation request from the guest). We pay advance payment to all our vendors to ensure all the services that we promise to the guest.

In case of cancellation by the company

The company reserves the right to cancel any trip if there are inadequate members required for the tour. In that case, Team Kahlur Adventures will notify you as soon as possible. We can also adjust that amount in your future tour, or the amount refunded to you after deducting the bank charges. In case of cancellation due to natural calamities, disasters, clients’ health issues, and any unforeseeable events that are out of our control, no refund is entitled.

Tour Amendments

Amendments to your tour arrangements require advice notification to “Kahlur Adventures” by email. If any Govt permit, flight tickets, or other arrangements has been done that cannot be revoked or refunded, You may also be liable for the cancellation fee of airfare purchased on your behalf.

General Conditions

• The customer is responsible to bear all the charges later If the customer extends the stay after the completion of the Tour/ Trek/Expedition.
• In some cases, we might complete our trips earlier than the mentioned itinerary due to favourable conditions. The reduction of contingent days from the itinerary shall not be entitled to any refund.
• Consensus Statement of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics on Evaluation and Management of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
• In case the guest carrying a satellite phone, Drugs, weapons, driving without a license or does any kind of activity that is harmful to the country shall be liable to bear all/any punishments/penalties mentioned by the law.
• In case guests find any kind of difficulty during the tour, They can contact directly with company head authority via the Kahlur Adventures emergency system.
• The customer is responsible to bear all charges of particular nature and any redundant cost redounded due to extended stay because of natural disasters, political strikes, and any willful events.
• Kahlur Adventures is responsible for hearing out the concerns of the members in terms of safety and security.
• Do not take pictures or videos of Army areas or any government restricted area.
• Kahlur Adventures will not be responsible to pay any kind of fine/Challan if something illegal is done by the guest.
• It’s the responsibility of Kahlur Adventures to give all information about the rules and regulations about the area where guests go for travel.
• The routes mentioned in the travel program are subject to change due to climbing conditions or any other disturbances.
• After the early completion of the treks, tour, and expeditions, all personal expenses will be the responsibility of the customer and should be settled directly by them.

Note: The itineraries provided on Kahluradventures.com are approximate and may change due to various factors. Clients are engaging in adventure travel in a remote mountainous area, which means the itinerary can be affected by weather conditions, road accessibility, the type of vehicles used, and the local availability of horses or mules. Kahlur Adventures Guides will strive to ensure that clients fully acclimatize and have an enjoyable experience throughout their trip.

Travel Insurance

As per the recent notification from the Indian Mountaineering Foundation is compulsory for all (National and International Tourists) to book Travel Insurance and submit the Insurance copy while taking the permit of a particular Expedition. Therefore, you are requested to purchase yourself an insurance policy that covers expenses against all possible risks including missed flights, cancelled trips, baggage loss, emergency medical evacuation, high altitude accidents, and other unforeseeable events.

Seclusion

As part of the booking and permit process, we will need to obtain personal information from each client. Your Information will be kept by us in a secure way and none of your private or personal information will be disclosed to any third party.

Local Partners

As per local regulations in some mountainous areas of India, our company will utilize local travel partners to book local guides, transportation, hotels, and other services through local vendors to support the local economy. All planning and hiring activities will be managed by Kahlur Adventures India.

Dispute Resolution Clause

In the event that any disputes or disagreements arise between the parties regarding this agreement, the parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations aimed at achieving an amicable resolution and settlement. This initial step emphasizes collaboration and open communication to resolve issues before escalating to formal proceedings.

All legal proceedings related to any claims, differences, or disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by Indian law. The courts located in the Judicial Court Complex, Ghumarwin of Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims that arise under this agreement. This stipulation ensures that any legal matters will be addressed within a specific legal framework and geographical location, providing clarity and predictability for both parties involved.

Acknowledge of Terms and Conditions

Once the customer opts for any trek, tour, or expedition through our website and makes a payment to our current account, it will be considered that he/she agrees to all our stated terms and conditions.
