Terms & Condition
Read carefully the terms and conditions of the contract. Acceptance of terms and conditions means the agreement between “Kahlur Adventures LLP” and you (Client) is done. These conditions apply to the exclusion of any other terms or conditions agreed to in writing by the parties. The terms and conditions contain the information for the client regarding the Booking confirmation, payment & refund system, cancellation, and other charges as per policy.
Booking Procedures
You can book a trip with “KAHLUR ADVENTURES INDIA” through our website www.kahluradventures.com You select your tour and submit the query form. After receiving your request, our team will work on it and provide the required info about the package.
You may also book your trip by writing a direct email to us at info@kahluradventures.com. Your tour will be considered booked only when you have paid the advance token amount. Please make sure you receive the confirmation email with the booking voucher for your tour.
Note: Book your expedition and trek in advance so our team takes all the necessary permits from Indian Mountaineering Foundation or other local govt authorities.
When you have firmly decided to undertake the Tour with Kahlur Adventures, you will need to book the trip with us. We must allocate enough time to prepare, obtain necessary documents and permits, and book hotels and Transport for the trip. Therefore, you are required to book as early as possible. Release the payment in the given terms:
- 25% advance during the time of booking for confirmation
- 50% payment one month prior to arrival
- 25% Payment to be made upon arrival
