Medical Certificate
As you prepare for your upcoming expedition with Kahlur Adventures, we kindly request that you download the Medical Certificate from our website and fill it out. Once completed, please submit a soft copy to us as soon as possible. Additionally, we ask that you bring a hard copy of the Medical Certificate with you on the day of your arrival.
Our expedition in charge will collect the original copy of your Medical Certificate upon your arrival. This is an important step in ensuring your safety and the safety of your fellow adventurers.
Risk Certificate
Please be informed that you are required to download the Risk Certificate from the Kahlur Adventures website. Once you fill out the form, kindly submit a soft copy to us. Additionally, please ensure that you carry the hard copy of the Risk Certificate with you on the day of arrival. Our expedition in charge will collect the original copy of your Risk Certificate.
